Opening its doors in 1983, T.C.D. Cellular Communications DBA The Cruisers Division began as a custom vehicle installation center specializing in mobile telephone sales and installation. Throughout the course of history, the company profile would move from the private sector installations to public sector becoming highly specialized in vehicle design and modifications specifically targeted for the emergency and municipal sectors.

Located in the heart of the tri-state metropolitan area (NY, CT, NJ), TCD covers the surrounding need, both local and distant, when it comes to high-quality custom vehicle solutions. With an interest in maintaining a small-business customer relations model, TCD has always operated in a manner that puts the customer first.

Through a small-business customer model, TCD has become recognized as the premier vehicle outfitter for emergency, utility, private security, and executive protection vehicles.
